There is a wardrobe closet & some drawers on one side, the queen bed in the middle & a bookshelf on the other end. The bookshelf & the wardrobe closet are interchangeable & can be placed on either side you'd like to best fit your space. It was professionally disassembled into large (but portable) portions, for easy transport - as well as, easy re-assembly. All the hardware is included & I have re-assembly instructions from the manufacturer.
