Assist with and coordinate the Human Resources policies and programs, which includes recruiting, training, and benefit administration.
Process Human Resources paperwork in a timely manner
Collect payroll records, review payroll and summarize hours for corporate payroll processing and verify bi-weekly paychecks and research and resolve pay discrepancies
Respond to and route employee questions and concerns
Assist with employee relation issues and recognition activities
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
Ability to work independently
