Bilal Simmons, of Milwaukee, WI, came to Nashville, TN in December 2007 to attend Tennessee State University. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree Concentration in Sociology in December 2009.
Bilal started Encore Events Management (Encore) to provide an upscale social setting for young professionals of which Nashville was lacking.
Through Encore, the entertainment division of Stay on the Go, Bilal plans to host and create some of the most entertaining & classy events Nashville has ever seen.
